Airy Forest is the best-named ice cream stand in America (that we currently know of) &#8211; Putz&#8217;s Dairy Whip.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It&#8217;s been there 70-some years and it&#8217;s a fine place to stop after a few hours of running about in the woods.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly &#8211; our annual Cincinnati Chili fix.\u00a0\u00a0 Not that there&#8217;s anything at all wrong with Skyline or Gold Star but we&#8217;ve been trying to experience the full range of Cincinnati chili parlors.\u00a0 This year we tried Price Hill Chili which is more of a full service restaurant than Skyline and Gold Star.\u00a0\u00a0 The exciting menu item here is the chili omelet.\u00a0\u00a0 Probably not the healthiest breakfast in Ohio but you can always afford a few extra calories after an orienteering course.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_144\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-144\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-144\" title=\"pig4\" src=\"http:\/\/mrfs.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/pig4.jpg\" alt=\"David at the Flying Pig\" width=\"400\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mrfs.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/pig4.jpg 400w, https:\/\/mrfs.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/pig4-300x203.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-144\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">David at the Flying Pig<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our third consecutive year at the Flying Pig &#8211; we skipped the sprints this year and participated in the middle and long courses which were both held in Mt.
